Hey All,
I was just in the process of swapping out the stock low beams with a different set (D4S Xenon 35W HID Bulbs (Pair) - https://www.stedi.com.au/d4s-xenon-35w-hid-bulbs-pair.html), and after installing the passenger side light, I turned the low beams on to check if it worked, which it did.
At this point I noticed a faint high pitched noise coming from both the headlights. I did turn the lights on before swapping out the bulb, but can't say that I noticed any noise as I did have headphones on.
I swapped the stock bulb back in to see if the noise was there with the original bulb, and it is.
Would anyone be willing to wander out, pop the hood on their LC, turn the low beams on (without turning on the engine) and confirm if you also hear a noise? To hear it, I did have to have my head close to the headlight.
If you do, is that normal? If you don't, any ideas?
Much appreciated...
