Hey all, I got the wife a 2013 GX 460 a few months ago. The brakes are pretty bad on an otherwise really nice vehicle. When braking, they feel like the pedal is being lifted and the pushed back down again. It slows down as the truck slows down. I am pretty sure the rotors are shot along with the pads. I am just wondering if there are any "for idiots" instructions on changing both the pads and rotors? I've done both on my 100 series, which isn't that bad after you know what you are doing. I just want to make sure I know what I am getting into before taking this job on.

I have googled this and there is a YouTube video of a guy doing the pads, but he doesn't go into the rotor at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Take a look at the FSM (Factory Service Manual) thread I posted earlier today.
I'm asking our moderator (Jacket) to paste it up with the "150 Series Pic Thread" as a go-to for people like yourself.
