2013 - 2015 LC200 Black OEM Front Grille......... the search is over.

Only curious since I ran into same issue when I bought my grille. It had a cheap Toyota oval emblem that blocked the PCS, ended up having to use my OEM and glueing it to my new grill. The camera also fits pretty snug luckily, dodged a bullet with the design of my grille
