2012 Tacoma Cold Air Intake??????

Anyone had any luck finding a CAI for the new 2012 4x4 Tacoma TRD's yet? Apparently there are some installation constraints (i.e., S*#t in the way) between the '11 and '12's that prevent using the 2011 model. Wanting to put Toyota or TRD brand on it so I dont have any warranty issues, but nothing I can find shows them available yet.

There's a listing for the TRD air filter and for a TRD exhaust but no intake listed. The redesign just came out so it may take a little time for them to release it.

I looked for one for my 07' Taco. Almost every one was not CARB approved (Fawking Kalifonua), and other options were way too much $$$. Stayed with a K&N stock filter replacement, because of that big pile of sh111t on top of the manifold. I still get-or- got better performance w/o putting out lots of $$. Now I'm wondering about a throttle body spacer? Any thoughts?

Why would you want a CAI in a truck? A snorkel would be better,IMO.

Anything on this yet. Would like to add one to my Taco to help with the mileage.

The air intake may give you like 2hp. Now if you did some other upgrades like a cat back exhaust etc.... you would get a little closer to 18hp gain. You will get a bit more gas mileage out of it.
