Well Unfortunatly I ended up with 30 stitches in my arm this week..accident at work.......!!!!!!!!!!! Right before Fall Gathering! WTF. Hope all you guys have a great time. I was waiting for this event for awhile... Next yr. I guess

Yeah, not too big of a deal but driving is a bit tough with a straight arm. It was a deep cut. 19 stitches outside and 11 inside. Sliced it on a ceramic tile shard while doing demo on a bathroom. I do have pics....one before and one after stitches. I'm bummed.

VERY good time wheeling with the intermediate group yesterday, decent weather and great company. Big THANK YOU to all the volunteers and YT board, clearly lots of hard work went into making it happen. Very impressive raffle give-a-ways too.

I want to send a huge thank you out to Bob, John, Scott and all those who helped put together this event. My boys and I had a blast. I also wanted send a thanks for letting us hang out with you guys by the fire.

Looking forward to next year.

There are lots of people working hard to make this event a success! Some up front and others behind the scenes. They include volunteers mentioned and so many others. It includes the Board members and their spouses and/or girl friends along with trail leaders and the many donors and bigger sponsors on your list.

It includes all the people who attend who help out here and there plus those who share stories, jokes, food & drink and their campfire. It also includes those who guide you around "out back" at Gretchen's in your recently acquired (and more capable vehicle) that keep you away from the hardest lines so you don't get to far in over your head but still challenge you to the limits of your rig and talents.

Sometimes it is just the support a person gets from another member when something breaks or goes wrong. Like Jonathan loading my Minnie on his trailer to get me home. Yeah, I broke!

It's all very cool! It's not just an event, it's an experience and I had a great time as always. This was the first year for my wife attending and she is already looking forward to going back next year.
