A calendar will be provided soon but for now I will update this thread with upcoming events or meetings until the website and active calendar is completed.

For now plan on a meeting in January as a kickoff....

The only events so far firmed up are participation in GSMTR in May and the Cruisin Carolina ONSC event in September of 2011. All others are tenative until I get club desires noted and work out some details on some other trails. We may also tag along with some others on trail runs if I can get it coordinated in timely fashion.

This is your club...but we will have regular activities whether meetings, HAMOMS, cookouts, paddling, or wheeling.


[STRIKE]Jan 22, 2011- 1200pm, Bessinger BBQ, Savannah Hwy (Hwy 17), Charleston SC. Park in grass in rear if open....meet at vehicles and go inside to eat and find seat together or can bring food outside to eat on tailgates and trucks while we talk.

anyone...

any other recommendations especially for months that are TBD like June, Aug, Nov, etc?

If not we will go with this and finalize at first meeting on 22 Jan between the 4 or 5 of us. We can always add or modify as things progress. We have also been invited to a trail run in TN...long drive and would have to be a long weekend...but a great trail system if a couple of people want to try and go this year.

We got a pretty full schedule for a startup venture....so I am good with it and a couple spontaneous HAMOMS or meetings at a local eating or drinking establishment is fun too. :D
 
Dont forget.....there is a small group going to Uwharrie from Georgia, SC, and NC at end of this month.....and also the ONSC have their Spring Tide Run. Please support one of the events if possible with preference towards the ONSC Spring Tide Run as it is a great event.

If not able and bored..welcome to join us in Uwharrie.
 
ONSC will also be out at URE the December weekend. Didn't know if you knew or just planned it that way!
 
I did not know but had hoped it would be again......no sense running up separate when there are good people to share the trails and campfires with going up the same weekend.
 
The cookout at LexTech has been postponed per calendar above....Glenn is expanding his parking lot to rear and cutting down some pines to open it up. So he asked if we could wait until fence is back up and rear area is once again complete and usable for parking....

Nothing is scheduled but if you want to host something or make some recommendations...let me know. Depending on what is happening later we can try an Uwharrie trip or trip up there to lake.
 
How about we get together at Parson Jacks for lunch one day to discuss options and events?
 
Um let me check my schedule, you know working retail.... I'm game to meet up for lunch on my day off!

I'm usually pretty flexible. I'm running the roads all day everyday when I'm not at work so that allows for me to stop and have lunch when I want. Unless, I am absolutely 100% needed at work.
 
July 23rd works for me.
 
Jessica and our Jack will be there, I believe that I will be working... So she will meet up since it is "her" land cruiser. :-) she can't wait to see everyone's cruisers!
