2010 McGrew Meeting

Sorry for the delay in posting this.

I'd like to have a meeting this Sat at 1 PM to cover the up coming McGrew run. We need to go over some different things, budget, pricing, advertisements, plans, etc.

It shouldn't be very long, but some decisions need to be made before we can start moving forward on some of the various plans.

Anyone is welcome to attend, but be forewarned that if you show up you'll likely be conscripted for something, so only show up if you're prepared to work.



For the meeting location I'll throw out Kaleidoscope Pizzeria. If anyone has any other suggestions that's fine too. Somewhere in Medford is probably ideal as a central meeting location.

If the day/time doesn't work out, or you want to help but can't make the meeting, give me a shout.

Sorry to be slow in responding I just got back from the VA up in Portland late last night. I was thinking our house here in GP would be sweet! (it's very close to the All sports park in GP) If there is going to be a large turn out of members from our southern areas then Medford is cool too.

So since it looks like everyone is going to be gone (after most of you told me "yeah, sure, this weekend is fine!") we'll plan on moving the discussion online so we can all partake as we are doing our various tasks.

(And if someone still wants to have a meeting, or just hang out, just let me know. )

Okay so we are doing a "birthdy" (since it was a week ago) thing Saturday morning ish. (Just us and the two monkeys) But after that we could probably do something. If there is going to be an actual meeting in Medford we could make it after say three'ish. If not Medford you guy's are welcome to come up here for a while tomorrow.

Knoll had a late night last night and we are just leaving to go get Madi her special Birthday lunch (she has chosen McDizzle) and then her super special B Day gift If anyone does want to come up give me a call I think everyone that expressed interest has my cell and as soon as I get out of the shower I will turn the ringer back on and even probably answere it (unless you have an "unknown" number)
