I suggest you put real time help in the thread title.

Are their instructions in the owners manual on bulb changes?

I don't have the owners manual

You can get it on drivers.lexus.com. The parking lights are top corner of the housing. For the driver side you'll need to pull the battery. Otherwise it's easily accessed.

Thanks does the headlight need to be pulled out?

I don't even see the bulb from under the hood. I felt around in the cavity no dice. Maybe have to pull the wheel well liner out?

Now I am totally confused. I found this bulb that according to the owners manual is the parking light bulb? I pulled it out and it looks like it goes into the cavity with the high beam? I tried my lights in all combinations and this little peanut bulb does not come on. The best part is i still can't get to the parking light bulb on the side. Wtf?

Can't wait to hear the answer to this. I took clear 197 bulbs out of those long holders (both of which were not working). When I put a new 197 in it comes on with headlights and parking lights. What the heck is that bulb for. (Talking about the one in the top of the high beam section). If it is a parking light it should be amber not clear. And I still can't get to the parking bulb on the side of the housing. This is ridiculous

The orange bulb is the marker light, the small 197 in the corner of the high beam is the parking light.
So use clear 197 in the high beam corner? How about a amber one there?
OWNER'S MANUAL says nothing about replacing the orange marker bulb. How do I get to that one

Maybe there isn't a light in there and could just be a reflector...
Also the small light is your "clearance light"

Weird. There is definitely a light bulb in there. Comes on with parking light position and headlight position (talking about the orange light in the corner of headlamp near fender

Hey bud, not sure if you figured it out yet or not. But I just replaced my headlamp on a 08 LC and there is definitely a bulb there in the side. the harness is part of the same loom that takes care of the turn signal bulb and your "clearance light"
Here is a picture of mine, hopefully it helps track it down for you?

Digging up an old one here....has anyone figured out accessing the turn signal bulbs? I'm really trying to avoid removing the whole assembly, but I can't figure out accessing the actual bulb while still in the engine bay. It seems there might be another cover over it secured with a screw, but can't tell if there are others and figured I'd ask this group before going down the rabbit hole of disassembling it all.

Pull the wheel liner and peel back the bumper skin

To add to the above post, there were 3 bolts that requires an Allen wrench at the top front edge of the wheel well. Remove these bolts and you can pull the bumper out and away to access the turn signal bulbs from below.

That bulb on my 2008 LX is a 3157.

On my truck the side marker light does exist behind the orange reflector on the side, but it consists of two low powered LED bulbs directly soldered to a circuit board which is mounted there. On the attached picture they are shown in the green highlighted area.
