Appreciate the input . Just FYI , generally oil does not conduct electricity, in fact oil is a great insulator ( electrical terms for things that dont conduct electricity). This is the reason most large power transformers and very large old breakers in substations are filled with oil.
100 percent agree, but engine oils can have additives that can conduct electricity, not to mention metal shavings from engine wear etc. There is a reason why the seals are there to keep oil from entering the spark plug tubes. That being said, I personally know a friend whose engine was damaged due to a spark plug explosion, upon inspection, the spark plug tubes seals had failed and the plugs were bathed in oil.

Great point about additives , same goes with oil contamination and metal particles.

Much more likely is that the oil starts to make its way down the spark plugs an into the compression chambers.

You'll start burning oil, getting misfires, maybe losing compression.

It's not an emergency, but if you plan to keep it for the long haul it needs to be addressed.

Due to the sheer amount of electric, air, and SAIS junk in the way and difficulty accessing the rear bolts this is a solid 6 hour+ job even for a good pro mechanic, unless they happen to work on these same engines every day.

I'm not sure oil would be able to leak past the spark plugs and into the cylinder. The threads on the spark plug can withstand 180 or so psi of combustion pressure from the bottom, so it seems unlikely there would be room for the oil to seep past. However, I would not want the oil sitting in the plug tube as mentioned by other posters, because it may degrade the spark plug boot and other connections and potentially cause a fire hazard.
