2008 wheels on a 2002?

Like the title says. I'm looking at some 2008 wheels for my 2002 LX. They are 18". I won't need spacers or anything right?

The wheels are factory LC wheels.

Yes they will fit. Might have an issue with the caps not fitting unless you use a spacer though. There's many threads on this, be sure to use the search function.

I searched and some mentioned trimming the center caps. Does that mean I would have to cut a hole or just trim?

Depends the cap. Some shallow caps won't clear without an actual hole (or clear at all). Some it is just required to trim the fins on the back of the cap and/or flattening the grease cap with a hammer.

I put them on and didn't like the results. It took away from the original esthetics of the vehicle. I left it OG except for blacking out the center caps.

I see you don't have the center caps on in your photo. Did they not fit?

OK Guys and Gals. I bought the 2008 200 series wheels from another member on Mud. Thanks BRTN540! He gave me the lug nuts and locks too. They fit perfectly and no trimming of the caps or spacers required. Take a look.
