Looks like a high price for essentially just adding wheels and cheap rooftop basket (not a custom job like Prinsu or similar).
Looking at some of the other vehicles from this dealer it looks like they have the same business model as Miramar Motorsports in California. Dress it up a little and mark up the price a lot.
This GX470 is a good example of this, if I could sell my GX for $22k I'd be in an LX already!
