HERE'S AN EDGY VARIANT OF THE FIRST GENERATION CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER POWERED BY GM'S 390 HORSEPOWER, 6.0L V8 LS2 ENGINE.
As common as the Chevrolet Trailblazer may be, the SS model was only offered from 2006 through 2009 where approximately 26,441 were manufactured in this time-frame. This particular example is equipped with the factory "3SS" package, which means it's armed with all-wheel-drive, "SS" embroidered leather/suede full-power heated seats, premium sound with navigation, multi-zone heat and air conditioning as well as GM's premium 20 inch alloy wheels. Some additional upgrades include factory fit, Husky floor mats and a fully functional air compressor system with gauge and 50 foot hose.
This particular specimen has been fully serviced and inspected. In the last three days, we added brand new Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires, new ball joints, power steering lines, full synthetic oil change, alignment, balance and one year Maine State Inspection sticker. With all that, this SS is completely up to date on all service and safety maintenance.
As seen in the photo gallery, this Trailblazer SS is in remarkable shape for the year. Starting with the exterior, the paint still shines and shows very well with only minor imperfections, which include rock chips and subtle, light scratches/touch-ups. Rust is a non-issue with this example.
The interior is very well preserved showing no major signs of wear, rips, stains or cracks. All factory electronics and gauges work and there are no aftermarket modifications performed on any of this vehicle's stock equipment.
The chassis and engine bay are equally as clean and original as the rest of this Trailblazer. There are small sections of surface corrosion, but not a single section of questionable structural integrity, which is common on vehicles from the Northeast. The 20-inch wheels are nice and maintain their protective coating and shine, but they do have some light scratches.
