2007 Cruiser trips (1 Viewer)

Besides Roundup, I try to work in at least one long distance Cruiser event a year. I've been hitting Moab on even years for some reason, so since I went there last year I'm thinking of doing something different this year.

Has anyone thought about what event(s) you want to hit this year? I'd like to see us all go to something together like we used to do a few years ago.

I'm thinking I want to do the Black Hills again this year. I didn't get to bring my own truck the last time, plus it'll be when the kids are off from school and will be a cool vacation for the rest of the family. I'd like the kids to see Rushmore, Crazy Horse and that crazy mutant donkey at the antique store.

Even if no one else comes with me, I'll bring the circus tent and the keg and represent LSLC!

You know...I have always wanted an "expedition type trip"....not necessarily an "offroading, rock climbing trip" but a trip into the black hills or just some type of expedition with camping etc...

Black Hills event

We might be up for it. When is it?

The Black Hills event is July 18 - 21. If the hills are not too dry, it can be a lot of fun. I grew up there; it is a great place to take the family and see the sights.

This year I am planning on attending more to the events. My 40 should be ready for the round up in March. I have never been to trees yet. I'll be checking with you later.
