Trade 2006 Buell Ulysses Motorcycle... Offers?

2006 Buell Ulysses. Great bike. All 3 bags come with it. Recently replaced tires, plugs, wires, and K&N air filter. Plug wires are the heavier duty Magnecor wires. OEM stuff was junk.

The bad... Mostly cosmetic stuff. There's a small dent in the frame that's been there since I bought it. Looks like a plop over more than being laid down at any sort of speed. The front fender was gnawed on by my puppy (weird dog) Needs replacing. Have seen them on ebay now and again for $25-50 ish? The muffler has some surface rust typical of exhaust... hot then cold then hot then cold then wet.... =rust. Could be re-painted. No performance issues. Or just replace with a better aftermarket one.

Don't have time or a good riding buddy to enjoy it anymore so open to offers. Blue book is around $5200... was going to ask around $4500 ish? So something of equivalent value would be nice...
