2005 upgrade?

I saw some photos of the 2005 upgrade LC100 while in Japan recently and the front is the same as the current Lexus. Also has VVTi engine. Have the landcruisers always been like this in Japan or is this what we are going to see in Australia and the US as the upgraded model in mid 2005?

Maybe you saw the LC Cygnus and not the regular 100?

Yeah, you saw the LC Cygnus. The toyota website still specs the revamped Cygnus w/ the 235hp non-vvti v8. The revamped 05 LC 100 has a different front grill, maybe sligthly different headlights(?), LED rear brake lights, some other minor differences.

Haha, thanks, those pictures looked much worse than actually doing it. I'm sure anybody would agree--unless you have a fear of heights.

But, yes, I have been busy.... busy searching for a 100 series LC... and I finally bought one! Pics to follow soon.
