2005 Sahara weird noise in dash (1 Viewer)

Has any had this sound in their dash and know how to stop it? Happens randomly with and without the fans on, hoping there is a fuse to pull to stop it.

Could not hear the video but one of the reddit replies was "Sounds like the Blend door motor. You need to pull the dash to get to it, it’s on the back side of the heater box".

Agree this would be a strong possibility -- been there done that, may be 8 years ago, probably means that it is due to happen again!! The parts are not too expensive but the job is PITA if you do it yourself and expensive if a Dealer does it for you. Ask for a quote -- most Dealers and many auto or aircon electricians would have done this job previously and should be able tell you exactly what the job would cost.
