2005 LC pricing

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong area, if so mods please move.
I am looking at a 2005 Land Cruiser and wanted to know what fair value ballpark should be. KBB, Edmunds, and NADA are all over the place.

I know you have to see a vehicle to really know, but here are the vitals...any ballpark or feed back appreciated. I have a 2005 Sequoia with 110K I am putting up for sale too.

-162K
-2 Owner, clean carfax
-Southern Car, no rusting
-Clean, non smoker
-No mods, completely stock
-Timing belt/WP done at 90K

Depends on what you find in a PPI. If everything checks out, I would agree with SWUtah.

For a Southern owned car, $15,000 might be optimistic. I would reckon anything up to $20,000 would not be too crazy an asking price. Especially considering the year. You will see many 2003's priced there and higher.
