All - When cold (first few miles in winter weather) the trans in our 2004 LX bangs pretty hard into high gear. It was doing this when it was warmer, and the mechanic suggested adding a bottle of Lucas. I figured what the heck, beats a new trans. It helped a bit. Now that it is cold again, the bang has returned. More Lucas? Drop pan and clean screen? Flush with synthetic? Thoughts? Thanks, Fellas!
