2004 taco auto popping out of revetse

When i'm backong up a loaded trailet or chipper up a hill my auto trannt is popping out of gear sometimes

Where to start?

Transmission is twisting from load and causing then linkage to move would be my guess.

I'd start with linkage adjustment the move to transmission mount's and finally to motor mount's.

Have you tried it in 4wd to see if its the same? Torque will be 50/50 split as to reduce the twisting.
