2004 LC rear window deflector

I called the dealership today about getting two new brackets (black plastic) for the black plastic rear window deflector. Dealership said this was not a factory part and therefore there are no parts available. This deflector came on the vehicle when new, so it is a bit puzzling.

Any idea where some replacement brackets can be found? They attach to the top of the rear door (2 bolts into the panel). The brackets have developed cracks, and the deflector vibrates in the wind.

The wind deflector, roof rack, interior "wood" package and if you have it, the infamous wheel well garnishes were all port installed accessories. With that said, there are variances in pieces and parts that were installed. Not all rear deflectors are the same. Same can be said for the roof racks. Best thing to do is check the classifieds and put an ad in the Wanted section looking for a complete deflector. Good luck.

As stated above, this is a port installed option, and may vary based on which Toyota USA distributor "imported" the vehicle.

My son's 2000 LC was brought in through Gulf States Toyota. I live in the "Gulf States" region. I was unable to order just the brackets, from a local dealer, but I was able to order the complete "air deflector" (from the same dealer).
