Me personally, if I were to do any type of (wheeling) I would try and disable these.

Granted, they did what they were intended to do, but the roll it had was so slow, into a driveway at about 2 mph, they should not have blown. The front steering wheel and dash airbag did not go. In my opinion anyways.

I believe if you had a side flop, they would blow. Again, my random thoughts on it.
