2004 GX470 Trailer Hitch Same as 2004 4Runner Hitch

Does anyone know if a 2004 4Runner's hitch would fit on my 2004 GX 470?

I do not know FOR SURE, but I recently bought a Lexus hitch and it came in a Toyota box. My guess is that the shims provided with it lower it to clear the different body cladding on the GX
