P0120 and P0121 codes and it goes into limp mode. I can't find a download for the 1999 FSM but have gotten one for a 2004. I also have a 2000 FSM for a Tundra if those procedures would be better to follow. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I can't directly compare the 1999 FSM to the 2004 FSM, but I did compare the (Toyota) 2000 FSM to the (Lexus) 2006 FSM and while they were formatted a little differently, the diagnostic procedure was almost identical.
