2004 100 series parts needed

Just picked up a 2004 100 and thought I'd throw this out there in case someone knows where I can find these used parts:

1. Roof rack cover for passenger side rail.
2. Navigation surround - silver plastic trim (previous owner superglued a sensor or something to the dash, whatever it is it doesn't come off.

Looks like the sticky stuff should come off with a liberal application of goo gone or oops?

You would think right? I tried everything. It must've been baking on there for a decade. Who glues s*** to the dashboard of a $60k SUV?!
