2003 Tacoma 90000 Service ?

Getting my timing belt & water pump replaced tomorrow. The dealer recommended getting the oil seals replaced as well (for 131.00 extra). I've never heard of this, so is the dealer trying to rob me?? lol

Has anyone had this done with their 90,000 service?

Which seals are they talking about replacing? I know it was common for the cam shaft oil seals, where they exit the head, to be replaced on the 3.0, but I'm not sure about the 3.4.
