2003 LX470 Radio not picking up radio signal

Hello I am new in this forum.
I purchased a 2003 Lexus 470 in the US and shipped it to manila.
Upon receiving it... the right door lock does not automatically unlock.. thank God for this forum I found the thread that teaches to replace the door lock motor.

Not another problem I have is the Radio. The radio has no sound and isnt picking up any radio signals.
My LX has the mark levinson system. We have consulted the Lexus stealership here in Manila and they told us that we need to replace the whole sound system....

I wanted to see if any of you Gentlemen and Ladies have experienced this problem before and can offer any advice?

I have a 2003 LX 470 and lately sound quality has not been the best. At times, radio signal is faint. I have to manually (dash board button) extend the antenna to get the receptions. When antenna goes down, it makes a sound at the very end. SUV came with the warranty and sound system is covered.

Radio has power and did you check the fuse? Try extending the antenna manually (dash board button) to see it picks up any stations.

When I bought my 2004 LC in march 2013 I connected my cell via Bluetooth while driving home from the dealership. This killed all audio from my stereo. Upon stopping for gas and restarting the audio came back. So in my case I simply disabled bluetooth.
