I have a 2003 Thunder Cloud Metallic with 211k miles in Chattanooga, TN I may be interested in letting go for the upper end of your budget. Zero rust (southern and California car its whole life), paint is 9/10 after being paint corrected, and interior is great. Arb front bumper and OME lift with stock wheels and BFG AT K02s.
