This is what my wife just sent me via email. Any ideas?

My truck is doing something funny. It seems like the center console has something running in it. I can touch it it feels like something is powered up. I can still hear it even when the air conditioner is turned off and the radio turned off. I have unplugged the gps and my car cell phone charger. I can't figure it out. It also makes a light beeping noise when I crank the car....

My wife told me that a neighbor came over and found the 'problem'.

It's a "interior control panel light switch" and somehow runs a tiny fan/motor. My 3 year old was playing in the truck and had switched it on.

Had a similar complaint from my other half after coming home from camping with a girlfriend last summer..they had bumped the rocker switch on the back of the front console that turned on the air mover under the front seat to blow air into the second row/back seat area. It makes a fair bit of noise on high in a 96 4runner.
