Are you needing a bugout vehicle for boogaloo? Are you wanting to save orphaned penguins in Antartica? Do you want to look like a complete BOSS while picking up your caff-noncaff-whip-nonwhip latte at Starbucks? If so, then this 2002 Lexus LX470 is for you. The engine is barely broken in at 192,793 miles, and I’m practically giving it away at the paltry price of $7,000 US Dollars. The heirloom Dissent bumper should be worth over $10,000 alone (prices might be embellished due to COVID-19). You know you want a Heritage edition, but the Financial Overlord won’t go for it. So, your only option is to come on down to Fort Worth, TX and buy this beast.
P.S. - If you aren't a tire-kicker, then I would be happy to email you more pictures.

Repairs or upgrades:

  • Dissent front bumper
  • Power steering rack and alignment (pump and hoses associated with this repair)
  • Antenna motor & mast
  • Timing belt
  • Water pump
  • Alternator
  • A/C system amplifier
  • Marker light switch (rewired by mechanic in order to pass inspection & allow turn signals)
  • Replaced speakers with Polk speakers
  • Replaced sub
  • Installed trailer hitch
  • USA SPEC bluetooth adapter
  • Installed 4 new Yokohoma Geolander tires 06-2019 from Discount Tire
  • Replaced wiper blades
  • Replaced wheel nuts
  • Mechanic rewired external fuse for EFI control on fuse box (fuse contacts became loose and melted the fuse box connection)
  • X2 930ca battery installed when alternator replaced
  • New master key programmed
  • Valve cover gaskets replaced
  • T-fittings for heater hoses replaced
  • Headlight rebuilt by IH8MUD member (Acura TSX projectors, Phillips 85122 bulbs, Morimoto ballasts, etc.)

Concerns:

  • Rear suspension accumulators - AHC starting to fail (I was planning on converting it to a LC suspension this year)
  • Need to regrease the CV boots (not torn)
  • Rock punched a hole in passenger side headlight glass, which was immediately sealed with silicone. I was planning on rebuilding this headlight assembly, but the boss said no to using her oven
