Has been a great setup for me off road in Colorado, and also use it as a daily driver. I need to downsize a bit as I currently own a 2006 as well.

do you have any undercarriage and engine bay pics? was the timing belt/ water pump done?

Timing belt and I assume water pump done before i purchased vehicle (see pics below)
Other major maintenance (in addition to routine) performed while I've owned it:
Driver upper control arm, passenger lower control arm
Front axles
a/c compressor
P/S rack and pinion assembly

Undercarriage clean (other than the usual spring mud)

So if timing belt was done at 75k, is it due at 165k?

Approximately, yes. On my 2006 cruiser we waited until right at 100k miles both times. My 2006 has 230K miles and is doing just fine.
