Hi, Tracks are worn out on 2002 sun roof . Who has replaced one ? What will I be looking at in terms of hours? Thanks, Mike

Are you talking about the actual wire things that go inside the tubes? Or the tracks that the headliner slides in?
If you are talking about the actual wires, I just completed mine about 3 weeks ago, I ordered everything from Yan @ akella4x4.
Took a few hours, but this was the first time I had messed with this style of sunroof.
You are probably looking at an hour or two for the A,B,C, & D pillars and headliner removal. A couple more hours for the cassette removal and parts replacement. It will be an all day thing IMO.
If you have any questions, I can try and answer, though there are probably others on here who have more experience with these.

What problems are you having with the roof? My cables were corroded and just dropped my headliner and replaced the cables, etc. The dealer quoted my $1200/1300 for the work and $2000 if the motor needed replacing. I got the parts for a few hundred dollars.
I agree. Took me from about 10am to 6pm.
