2001 sunroof shattered

I was on my way to vacation in McCall Idaho and a rock shattered my sunroof. How hard is it to replace the glass? I cant find anyone but the dealership that will touch roof glass. The dealership in Boise is quoting me ~$1200. I have found a few threads on stuck sunroofs but haven't seen one on glass replacement. Can someone point me to one if its out there? Are there glass companies that will do the job?

I have the sunroof glass but is does NOT have gasket. You can order that from any vendor.

It is my understanding although please verify yourself, that Toyota does not sell the glass new with gasket.

it's 8 screws takes 5 minutes if you can find a complete glass in the frame at a junk yard... I do not know if the glass is sold in the frame... I just had mine out (it would not open and has a frozen cable but I needed to clean the drains)
there are 2 screws in each corner 1 is a phillips one is a torx (weird i know) the drivers side torx is longer than the pass side so make a note... I cleaned the glass in and out while it was and I did NOT notice how it would come out of the frame... so no help there... and I have seen here where it was said the gasket is sold by itself... there is a little bit of adjustment in the screws (slotted holes) but if it is in the fully closed position in removal and install it's not hard to line up

Once you pop off the plastic interior trim pieces on bottom of sunroof it takes 2 minutes to remove. I do so twice a year to completely clean and condition the gasket
