I believe thats a 5 lug

bolt pattern is 5 on 150, same as all the 100 series cruisers and pretty much anything after 98 iirc

Only the 98 plus Crusiers and 07 plus Tundras/Sequoias have the 5 on 150mm, the Tacos, 4Runners, etc... stayed 6 bolt.
