2001 LC Nav system upgradeable? (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,

I've got a 2001 LC that has the factory-installed nav system with the 2000 DVD maps installed. The DVD part number is

86271-47020 464210-5000

(essentially, it's this one on Ebay)

I see other disks on ebay for sale, but can I use one of these? I've seen a couple posts scattered around the web that explain there are several versions of NAV systems, and that not every disk will work in every other system. I'm not even sure what version of nav system I have.

You can get an upgrade from the dealer. I tend to be wary of the upgrades offered on Ebay unless you get a legitamate money back warranty if it doesn't work. There were some defective upgrade discs that made their way to Ebay, so buyer beware.
