2001 FJ100 Heated seats not working

Any advice for front heated seat diagnosis? Bought the 100 from a close friend who swears the heated seats worked last winter, but now, nothing. Looking for fuse, but engine bay fuse box has no diagram under cover to find the appropriate fuse. Anybody have a diagram of fuses or other help with diagnosis. Thanks! nick-chattanooga

I could be wrong, but I think the heated seat fuse is on the driver-side kick panel fuse box.

Sorry, looks like it's the passenger side:

Could be a cut wire at the seat base or a broken wire in the element. Check under the seat first as the second possibility requires pulling the seat cover off.

Mine stopped working earlier this year, and as silly as it sounds, the plug simply popped off of the bottom of the switch under the center console. Either way, I'd check the switch just in case it's not the fuse.
