2001 Cruiser - techstream mini cable not showing many options

I'm only seeing like 5 options with the techstream mini cable that I got from ebay. It says the software is version 10.0. I bought the cable in hopes or removing DRLs. Do I need an older version or something?

I only see
Engine, ATRAC/VSC, Immobiliser, Airbags and a few more that I can't remember off the top of my head right now.

How can I get this to work?

I know it's not what you want to hear, but it's probably working just fine. On our 2000 there aren't may options (much like you describe). On our 2006 there is a multitude of options.

I was getting the feeling. I changed the year manually and the newer I went the more options would show up but I couldn't change anything.

I just ended up snipping the wire under the dash. Anyone want to buy a cable!? haha
