Yesterday afternoon I used the keyfob, as always, to lock the cruiser at the end of the day. I noticed that the lights did not blink on the truck, as they always have. After trying over and over, I cranked the cruiser and checked the lights. All lights, including blinkers and brake lights work normal, but the rear lights do not come on when I turn on the headlights. Bulbs check out fine. I'm hoping someone has experienced the same and can share some information w me.

As a quick background, I've owned the cruiser for 5 months now. It has 96K miles and is in exceptional shape. A month ago, the front left blinker began to blink really fast, as if the bulb was blown. I changed the bulb, but still had the same problem. A day or two later the problem just went away.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions that I can look into, before taking her to Toyota.

I don't know that my lights ever blinked when I locked it, but I had an issue a couple of weeks ago with turn signals and it was recommended to me to try unhooking the trailer light wiring harness. It fixed my problem. Just a thought...

thanks TriArcher. I did pull a trailer for the first time w it this past weekend. That may have something to do with it.
