So I've posted about this a few times (believe you me, I'm more tired of it than you!), and have gotten the CPS replaced a couple times in the last 3 years.
Anyone have ANY idea why the CPS would go bad so frequently?
This morning my truck wouldn't start.
It had sat for a little over a month while I was traveling for work, and fired up perfectly fine Friday night when I got home, and several times Saturday while running errands etc. and exhibited no symptoms of anything being wrong.
But this morning, it just wouldn't start.
Not until I walked to a Consumer Auto Parts and bought a U-Scan (this thing is awesome), and saw the code P0335 (*did NOT clear it*), and just for the hell of it, tried cranking again... Lo and behold, it roared to life...
I changed *nothing*, and it just worked like nothing had been wrong - scanned again, and the code had disappeared.
Any thoughts appreciated.
