2000 Land Cruiser center console cig lighter what wire is Positive ?

So on the center console of a 2000 lc the cig lighter has a black and a white/black wire to power it.

I assume the black is ground and the wite/black is hot but I want to verify before I blow my cb up lol.

White with a black stripe indicates chassis ground...in 5 years of fooling with my LX and the wiring diagram book, I haven't seen any exceptions.

The center pin of the lighter plug is the positive (hot).
