As I continue to make room for a new project, I have a 2000 Ford Excursion Limited with 7.3 power stroke for sale. Fully loaded, Leather, rear ac, 3rd row seat, brake controler, tow packege, tinted windows. New BFG all terrains, New Rotors and pads front and rear, New Ball joints, new rear pinion seal, 8 new injectors and glow plugs. 163,000 miles. Looked very hard for a clean truck and this one is very nice. only minimal wear on the drivers seat. everything works as it should. Just makes no sense for me to be driving this back and forth to work right now. Is an excellent tow vehicle/family travel vehicle!! asking $19,500 I will get more photos after the rain lets up! Hate to bust your bubble but I just took a deposit for mine. Really close to asking price.

Ah yes, a good ole deposit "close" to asking price. Just pray the guy doesn't find one of the dozens on eBay for a fraction of the price. Congrats on the "sale" (assuming it goes).

All joking aside, these are great "do it all" rigs. I have bought and sold several, niche vehicle for sure.

Pretty confident in the sale. Local guy I know. Several have sold in my area recently for close to 20k. The 6.0 and gas trucks are sitting everywhere and cannot be moved. The 7.3 is the selling point. And to find one that is clean without being all tuned up or lifted to the sky is pretty tough around here.

Good luck and keep us all posted! Seems to be a pretty popular thread with a lot of interest. Personally think its a lot to ask but there is always a buyer for something. 15 -16K is what I would expect but down here there seems to be more inventory.

Congrats on the sale, the post on the prices looks like the Manheim market report, that's what dealers pay. You don't know if they are diesel, gas, xlt, limiteds, or Eddie Bauers. Here in va beach we sell the hell out of excursions at our dealership for a very good price especially the 7.3.

I bought one in central IL that had a V10 in it for $5500, drove it to WY to work on a log cabin, ended up selling it to a rancher there for $12,500!!!!

It was in like new condition with only 125k miles on it!!!!!

He thanked me 4-5 times for making him a deal!!!!!!

So location is everything!!!!!!!

Congrats on the sale. The Manheim Report was of 2000 Limited 4wd's with the 7.3 powerstroke (later saw you had an 01')...MMR uses the vin# to designate between gas, diesel, year, 2wd or 4wd, etc...Sometimes doesnt catch the trim level. Again, congrats...Sounds like I need to buy a bunch of these...lol
