2000 4Runner w/ supercharger and manual trany ?

Hi guys,
Im looking at a 2000 4runner with 101k miles on it.
The TRD supercharger was put on when the truck had 10-15K miles
I did some searching to see what issues could come from having the supercharger and most of what I found was auto transmission issues.
Does anyone have any input on this set up with a manual transmission?
I know they are not serviceable but whats an average life span for one?
Any other info would help as well,

If you are referring to the SC as not being serviceable, that is inaccurate. They are very serviceable and can be rebuilt by either yourself or by sending them back to the company that makes them.

I have read several blurbs on people rebuilding their TRD superchargers and/or modifying them.
