I’ve upgraded to a 4th Gen 4Runner so this one has to go. I’m asking $8,500. Here are some of the highlights:
•2000 4Runner SR5
•Less than 123K Miles
•5 Speed Manual Transmissions
•Electronic Rear Locking Differential
•New BFG All Terrain Tires 265x75x16
•New breaks
•New muffler
The truck has had all regular oil and fluid changes. It shifts smoothly, 4X4 works perfectly, and it drives straight. It’s very reliable with strong running engine. It regularly gets 22 miles to the gallon. Here are the areas of concern:
• Radio antenna stays up. The motor runs but the antenna doesn’t move. The radio reception comes in fine.
• Rust developing around windshield weather stripping. There are no leaks but the stripping is coming loose in some areas.
• Small dings around the body. Nothing major, just normal wear and tear.
• Minimal rust spots in driver side door jam
• The rear passenger side of the frame was plated with new steel. The inside of the frame rail developed a nine inch section of rust. The rusted section was cut out, the frame was treated, and then new metal plate was welded over. The entire area was treated for rust prevention and undercoated.
