Time to part with my 3rd gen. I bought it with the intent of making it a trail rig, but in my heart I am a LandCruiser guy. I have found the LC 100-series that I want, so sadly I must release my 3rd gen. Its a tad wordy post, I apologize, but here are the particulars....

2000 SR5 with 239K miles, 3rd owner, bone stock
V6 4x4 5-speed and factory rear diff locker
A SW vehicle its entire life, no rust
In remarkable condition, runs/drives great
Clean title, of course
4Runner is located in Albuquerque,NM

I believe in total transparency, and as with any vehicle that is 16 years old, its not perfect. I hate doing "Pros/Cons" on a vehicle, but I figured it was the easiest way to pick nits and break it down completely and thoroughly. So without further adieu, I will start with the "Cons".....

-Its due for a timing belt. It was replaced at 117K and now has 122K on the current one. It was done at the Toyota stealership, so it is all Toyota timing belt parts in there.
-With the PO it was involved in a VERY low speed bump while backing up, resulting in a very small dent to the rear bumper. See pics for reference. The PO also had a "garage incident" on the passenger front bumper causing the front fender flare trim piece to fall off. It was never replaced. Again, see pics for reference. Neither of these bothered me as I was going aftermarket front/rear bumpers anyway for a trail rig.
-The cruise control doesn't work. The master comes on, but it wont engage.
-The rear cargo cover is missing.
-The center console cover has some cracking in it.
-Both valve covers were seeping a small amount of oil. The bolts were slightly loose so I snugged them up (without over-tightening them). So it may need some VC gaskets down the line.

Thats it! Now lets get to all the good stuff, which is what we want to hear anyway.

-Runs/drives great, pulls like a freight train, good clutch, good tranny, good motor, never any smoke, etc. With possibly the exception of the VC gaskets, does not leak anything!
-Fluids in both diffs and tranny/Tcase all recently changed.
-4x4 and Elocker both work flawlessly.
-All power equip work flawlessly, including the antenna
-A/C is freezing cold.
-Has a very nice aftermarket Sony CD/aux/Bluetooth voice/audio streaming/DVD player.
-Has excellent paint/body. Nary a door ding, and just a few normal rock chips up front. Excellent interior. Was recently professionally detailed by a friend of mine. Paint has no UV damage and smooth as glass.
-Has 4 brand new tires with less than 1,000 miles on them.
-Has new windshield.
-Does NOT need anything maint-wise besides the T-belt...good brakes, good belts/hoses/battery/tires etc etc. No check engine lights.

I'm sure I'm missing some things, so if you have particular questions just ask here or send me a PM. Also if you want my phone number, just ask and we can chat on the phone. Will of course provide VIN as requested.

So now we have the price. I'm asking $8,800. Is that above book?? Yes, yes it is. I'm going to let the market decide what it sells for. If the price is off from the market, just stay tuned to the thread. As with anything, if time wears on and it doesn't sell, then I will lower the price accordingly. But the bottom line is I need the funds to put towards the LC I want.

Attached are a bunch of pics, peruse them and if you have any questions, ask away. And thanks for looking!

PS....in the photos the front seats looked kinda stained, quite the contrary, they were under detail and were still a little damp from the extractor. There are no stains anywhere inside.

This is SOLD, thanks Mud! Mods please lock/delete, thanks again.
