200 Series Wipers slowing

Hi, My 2011 V8 wipers are moving very slow on the first speed and sometimes only work when I put on full speed, then they could stop half way back to the rest position, possibly a motor? hardly a switch on the stock? All ideas welcome , thanks

Would a failing electrical connection to the motor cause those symptoms. I am thinking corrosion.
