200 LC dream

OK, so no tech here but only someone on this forum have this dream:

I had a dream last night that I took my 100 into the dealership to get something fixed. It was a week long repair. They drive out a loaner for the week and it was a brand new 200 LC. I was so pumped pulling off the lot in my 200, it was a thing of beauty.

Then came the nightmare, for some reason I had to go back to the dealer. When I got back they told me the 200 was reserved for someone who's Land Rover broke down. They took the 200 LC back from me and gave me a beat up 85 4Runner.

Beno, any chance that American Toyota is loaning out 200 LC's as loaners?

No.

We don't even have one on the lot. They generally sell very quickly.

That said, id take an 85 4runner in a heartbeat.

I think i know a local with one, it's got a solid front axle. Pappy won't care if you drive it.
