I would say $10,500 would be a good price, but the guy has it listed for $18,000

I sent him an email asking why the price jumped so much, I guess we will find out soon, its not worth 18K in my opinion

I will keep everyone posted of what he says, if you search Razilla on google or in this forum you will see that build and it was on CL for $17,500, I considered buying it because it was awesome, you can find another one like that

here is the sellers response:

Thanks for your offer but this 1969 FJ55 is in original condition and very hard to find like this...

Is the same FJ from the links but new owner with some improves like suspension, powertrain, new brakes , engine seals, air filtre, gas cap, doors seals and some more things...

I will consider offers 15000+....

oh no not the same at all, I was mentioning Razilla because the guy that sold Razilla was asking $17,500 and it blew this one away that the seller is asking 18K for

The guy keeps emailing me back asking if I would give $15k then $14k and now he just emailed back telling me he's going out of town for two weeks and that if he hasn't gotten an offer by then he'd take $12.5k if I'm still interested. It looks nice. Is it worth $12.5k? Should I be worried that the guy wants it in cash? Has anyone here seen it?

Yeah. I'd only do it if I could meet at a bank in San Diego, and have someone with me. My brother's in law enforcement and recommended having him send a pic of the title and vin on the vehicle and having it run before going out there.

For someone to drop from 18K to 12.5K just like that says a lot about the seller and the FJ.

I sold one of my FJ's and I patiently waited for the right buyer, I never dropped my price because the value was there.

Granted he could be desperate for cash but at one point this vehicle was for sale for 10.5 K.
