I am moving and need to clear out some stuff. I have two gas tanks for a pre- 1970 FJ40/45. One of them has been modified to fit a cage post in behind the tank in a FJ45 and relined. Both are in good condition (no rust). I also have a spare tire carrier for a FJ45LPB. FREE to a fellow Landcruiser entusiest. You pay the freight.

interested in the tire carrier, or if its already gone....a picture if it wouldnt be too much trouble. i have one from a 55 and i would be curious to see how similar they would be.

The stock tire carrier from my 1995 FZJ80 was an exact match of the tire carrier from my 78 FJ45. The chain on the 45 was seized, so I replaced it with the tire carrier from the 80 series since I have a rear bumper/tire carrier combo on it. It was a perfect plug and play replacement. The drop down mechanism was perfectly aligned with the hole in the rear crossmember.

I won't be surprised if a tire carrier from a 55 or 60 series would work as well.
