2 eBay 80s in Phoenix area

Hello,

I am looking for info on Sundancer Motors in Glendale. They have recently had two 80s listed on ebay. Any of you CSC folks had any dealings with them or looked at either of these two cruisers?

Sorry, no help with specific dealings with Sundancer. I can say that they always have a land cruiser or two for sale locally in the paper or autotrader. I will guess that they know there is a speciality market for people buying 80s...and they are picking these up at auction. I can't say for sure though. Usually most 80s, even high mileage ones, if in good condition, get sold on the dealers used lots if they are traded in...the bad ones (IMHO) are the ones that make it to auction. My 2 cents, hth.

i've looked at three trucks up at sundance before i found my truck.
none of them were a great deals by the time you add another nearly
$1k in state sales tax so i kept looking. the cars seem more of a
sideline to the RVs so i think sometimes he's less motivated to deal
on them.

I hear you, though I learned the hard way. My 97 is nothing like my '93 was. Wish I had the 93 back.

[Living in the Past]

I looked at a 94/white there a few weeks ago. If this is one of the two your talking about it was pretty beat. Lots of dents alround the vehicle. In places like the top and between the hood and windshield. Once I saw those I stopped looking. It did have lockers the only reason I went to look at and the fact I live about a mile away.
