Hey all-
Thanks for all the advice...I bit the bullet and shot the door, fender, inner fender, and valance and she's hardening up nice EXCEPT...

for some orange peel going on on my fender.

Is this something I can wetsand and buff out ... if so, how? Or, do I bring it to a shop (would rather not).

Thanks

How many coats is that? If it's only one I would wet sand and recoat. If you think you have enough paint on there I would wet sand with 1500 and buff it.

that's a good 3 coats...
i was down to my last mix of paint; it was all in the gun; i didnt think i had time to resand and paint when I saw on the orange peel at first coat. So, I believe, there's enough paint. SXo, i'll give wet sanding at 1500 a shot...I dont have a rotary buffer--can it be done w/o?

You can try compound by hand after wetsanding. If you have 2000 you can wet sand with that, it will be less hand buffing.
