Is that synchronizer assembly still available? If so is there anyway I could get you to put a micrometer on the rings. I have already ordered one of these and the tolerances were off by 3 mil.

All mentioned parts (and all other h41 gears, shafts, hubs etc) are in stock new oem. The oem Toyota parts are produced ultra accurately and I never had any issues with wear limit/tolerances when rebuilding transmission with oem parts.
Concerning the 1./2. sync hub: the wear limit is defined by the sync ring protrusion , so you need to measure with the gears installed (and therefore the gears can be a problem too).
If needed I can supply 1.+2. gear new oem.
Taking measurements on a new hub only:
1 gear ring:
wide15mm / diameter from 114,5 mm to117,4 mm.
2 gear ring:
wide 13mm / diameter from 113,3 mm to115,7 mm

All those numbers look good except the 2nd gear diameter specs. I am measuring mine and I am getting 103mm to 105.5 mm. Was that just a typo? I could have the wrong part No. I have an 84 fj60 with h42 trans. Research I've done says part No. Is 33306-36020 which is supposedly replaced by 33306-60010, but I purchased this part and it was off by 3 mm. Any insight you can give is greatly appreciated!!!!!

The transmission is from a BJ40, early 1980 with 16 spline output shaft. The wanted PN is 33311-60034 but is no longer available new however one Toyota parts website says PN 33311-60033 might work and is still available. My goal is to put the H41 in my 77 FJ40. Thanks Jeff.

Hi, thanks for asking. I have 33311-60070 oem input shafts, which fit the 1980+ h41 with the 19spline output shaft. I don´t have the earlier type.
